📜 Rental Terms & Conditions

• 💳 Payment of Rental Fees: The full rental amount must be paid prior to the start of your stay.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Maximum Occupancy: The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without written approval.
• 🚭 No Smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors.
• 🐾 No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• 🛋️ Use of Amenities: Guests are welcome to use the amenities responsibly. Damages or misuse will be charged to the guest.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: From 15:00 (3 PM) on the day of arrival
• Check-out: By 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation if made more than 7 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days, unless rebooked for the same dates

⚠️ Liability

The owner is not responsible for personal injury or damage incurred during the stay. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and safety.

⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts.
